Special Tribute for the "Cookie Lady"

Members of CCOCC have been blessed with the appearance of homemade cookies, individually packaged, at just about every event

plus many social gatherings.  Sandy "Cookie Lady" Johnston has, despite her battle with cancer,  with numerous chemo treatments, 

always found the time and energy to bake and bring her box of treats  which are greedily consumed by everyone present.

 Her ever-present good spirit and ready smile are never absent. 

Recently an old antique metal sign was discovered in an antique store in Bay City that exemplified her talents perfectly.

 The sign was battered, rusted, bent and expensive.     

After some thought a new replica sign was constructed.

Sandy was presented with the new sign at a social gathering and was, to put it mildly, surprised and pleased as were all her family and friends that shared the moment. 

The smile says it all!!!!
